Would it be possible to redo the skill tree layouts to be something more along the lines of SkyUI or such?

 

EDIT: trying to make a cleaner, well thought out list of prioritized things for the mod:

 

 

PRIORITIES (for now) (note this is not going to be an ultra-realistic mod, this will be aimed to be much more aesthetically pleaseing eye candy for players seeking a fantastical/artistic approach)
BETTER 3RD PERSON CONTROLS (Gameplay-affecting):
More fluid combos (Three, four, five hit combos):
Attack animations will be much faster, and instead of the regular two hit button mash, have a three hit combo that can be extended via perks. This will be for all weapon types.
No strafe/No backpedal running (8 way running):
The player will no longer need to aim the camera to determine which way his character is walking/running/sprinting, the camera will follow the characters movements on its own, but can still be rotated by the player if needed.
Lock on:
This will cause a marker to appear on whatever is targeted, allowing the player to revolve around it via strafing, this feature will be used to make 3rd person combat less clunky when combined with the new more fluid combo system. This will also be wonderful for ranged combat.
Dodge maneuvers:
This will involve dodge rolls, power slides, cartwheels, somersaults, etc. for WAY more maneuverability and spice to combat. Ai should also be able to perform everything the player can.
Higher jumping/faster sprinting:
I am aware this can be edited via console, but should be part of the mod to spare the player the extra hassle. There should also be sprint-jumping.
AESTHETIC CHANGES:
Weapon melee trail and impact effects:
Have a trail follow the weapon when swung, something like a flat color for unenchanted, and fire, frost, shock etc. trails for the enchanted weapons. There could also be strike effects for when an enemy is hit, and possibly new, more satisfying sound effects as well (for trails and impacts think kingdom hearts-ish)
