Suddenly many problems with the modded game!

Hello all, hope anybody can help me since I've been hours trying to fix the game without any luck. I am lvl 78 so restart the game isn't a viable option (I restarted it in the past and never finished it, so restart would be a pain in the ass). First of all, sorry for my english as it isn't my first (even nor my second) language, and sorry for the long message, but I think it's important to give the most info as I can. I also want to clarify that I am studying programming, so I am not a "regular player", and I think I'll can understand a bit tricky procedures to do.

First problem happened month ago when suddently I couldn't enter to Lakeview manor. The game started an infinite loading and I was almost forced to restart the computer with its button due the game was over the top and I couldn't even minimize it to interact with the task manager.
I've first put again all the mods with Mod Organizer (first I had it with Nexus Mod Manager) and after lot of tries, I could (don't-know-how) fix it, but then the fast travel point in the map to the manor disappeared, together with the table, the anvil and the chest outside the house and an there was an invisible wall in its place.
Many tries later I could fix it, but armory was completely empty excpept the weapons I exposed on it.
I again could fix it, but was full of superimposed furniture, this one was easy to fix since I only had to disable one of the mods. The next error was the kids disappeared, I could got it back reinstalling kid's mods, but I missed a trapdoor of an extra armory basement mod (that it's only available in Oldrim but that never caused me any problem since today).
At last I was able to let the game working as it was before the problems started. I keep playing since there to the game, and suddenly, in the Eye of Magnus mission, I started to get CTD when approaching to the School, in the bridge. I readed the kids mods could cause it, so I started to disable the mods and with some tests and console commands I was able to finish the chain missions, but when I wanted to get back to Lakeview, there it was again the bug: the fast travel point disappeared, same exterior elements too, the invisible wall... I have been hours enabling and disabling mods, reinstalling them, fixing the game files and this time I am totally unable to fix the game. Any help will be deeply welcome.

Noboy helping?... Well, this bump will be to actualize the problems I'm having now (or ploblem as I only detected one). It seems all has fixed but now I am having CTD only when enter Lakeview Manor. All seems to work but this. Things I tried:

-Check integrity of files

-Unchecking mods one by one

-Uninstall and reinstall game

-Reinstalling Hearthfire DLC

-Reinstalled couple of mods directly relateds with Lakeview or Hearthfire

-Disabling Lakeview mods

 

I readed somewhere that dismounting workbenches should fix it, but not for me and none of the things above neither. All help much wellcome. Thanks in advance...
