Follower NPC meshes/textures going haywire after interaction with in game items, ex. oven, cooking pot

Looks like their guts is exploding/distorting after/while using items. I have no idea what is causing it. I have noticed their boots/heels sink below ground while using items. I even had

Misc High Heels Sitting Height Fix

in load order and it didn't help. Below is my cuurent load order. I have tried to correct but to no avail, any help is greatly appreciated.
