I had a look on reddit's New Vegas subreddit, (no, I don't frequent the site) and saw that Jason Marsden was doing an Q&A type session with some of the fans. Thought it sounded interesting, so I had a look through the replies, and found quite a nice reply from the guy (below). Anyway, as you can see it seems he may be interested in doing more Boone content, and is willing to speak to modders.
