Another sandman glitch (NOT XP)

I went to Big Town to do the "Big trouble in Big town" quest.

 

I went to Red's shop, and murdered Timebomb with the sandman perk. Stole his poo, shot him twice with the reservist's rifle and blew off his arm.

 

I rescued everyone from the Germantown police station, and what have you.

 

Went back to Red's, and, I pressed E on him, and it said I could preform an operation on him. So, I did, and I fixed him up. Now he's just lying there on the side of the table, he can talk, but he won't move. I reloaded the auto save, and now he's stuck through the ceiling.

I use the power armor mod, 5000 weight limit mod, and norepairmod. The game should survive without it.

 

I can also upload saves right before I murdered him, and right after I murdered him.

 

EDIT: Glitch was preformed on 1.0.0.15

 

EDIT2: I have a save right before I murder him, a save right after I murdered him and went to Megaton to drop off some of my poo in my house. Then I got those 2 saves in the .RAR.

 

EDIT3: If you load the autosave, go outside, come back in, he reverts to lying on the table, where you can choose what to do with him. :)

 

EDIT4: He's walking around Big Town, with 1 health tick, and his gibbed arm is free-floating under his nub that used to be his arm. His nub moves around, but the gib just stays stationary. Red even thanked me for "fixing" him.

 

This is very hilarious. The gib does not respond to bullets, but the nub does.
