Modding Slow Time and Whirlwind Sprint shouts in CK?

Last time I checked, modding these 2 shouts were impossible. Had any updates been made to allow us to mod these 2 shouts?

 

Slow Time shout uses the Effect Archetype "Slow Time." To edit slow time to make yourself move at 100% speed instead of slightly slower would require editing the archetype, which I don't think you can find in the CK.

 

For the Whirlwind Sprint shout, the Effect Archetype is "Script" and there are no scripts listed under ths whirlwind sprint magic effect.
