[LE] New to Modding: NPC Custom-Follower Uploading Best Practices

For Skyrim LE, we are a bit confused about how to best pack our TES5-cleaned, custom NPC-Follower mod for uploading to Nexus Mods.

Right now we intend to put COPIES of all of the following 3 sets of nested folders into one zipped BSA folder to upload.

Is that optimal? We have not experimented with the BSA archive tool yet. (Nested signaled by -> symbol, below.)

The Zipped Folder named Our.esp will contain:

Set 1) Skyrim->Data->Our.esp

Set 2) Skyrim->Data->meshes->actors->character->Our Character Folder and a FaceGenData folder->FaceGeom->Our.esp

Set 3) Skyrim->Data->textures>actors->character->Our Character Folder and a FaceGenData folder->FaceTint->Our.esp

Wouldn't packing just Set One automatically include the other two? We have custom meshes and textures--not vanilla.

Should we place a duplicate head.nif with its CK ID number in our mesh folder in Set 2? Wouldn't the ID number change for end-users?

And, BTW, where is the NPC's in-game-world location preserved in our mod data?

Thanks!
