LE Holy Flames

I am looking for a mod, or to create a mod, that will give me holy spells. Such as:

A "holy" textured flames spell (and fire bolt etc) that levels the restoration tree as well as destruction

A "holy" textured set of conjured weapons that level restoration, conjuration, and appropriate weapon skill

A detect undead spell (to work on draugr, werewolves, vampires, etc)

A magelight spell that creates a very close ranged circle that fears undead who come too close

A "holy" cloak spell

 

The spells that level both schools would give .5 experience to that of normal spells to each school, or maybe .75

 

I have looked around in the creation kit and decided that this was far too complicated for me.

 

All of the above spells that deal damage would deal increased damage to undead, (im assuming I can take a value from the silver weapons for this?)

To make spells give experience to more than one skill is easy enough, but to make "holy" textured effect, that's no small task

Its the retexture that looked exorbitantly hard. I have access to photoshop and other cs5.5 suite programs but I have no idea how to use them, would any of these help with making the retexture?
