Dead bodies spawn/become naked

Hey everyone,

As the topic says dead bodies spawn naked(I dont remember how often since I started playing again but for now its been 100% of the times) or when someone gets killed and I go away from them and come back after a while they become naked. I checked their inventory and they do have their clothes, they just wont equip it. It doesnt matter if its enemy or neutral,male or female, it happens to all the npcs anyway. Im not sure whats causing this and I dont know whats causing this really but from the other threads that I read I assume it should be from wrye bash or maybe some other mods like OBIS/Immersive patrols.
I also used "recycleactor" on them but they spawn naked with clothes on them but not equipped. Disabling a new dead body that has its clothes on and enabling it again will cause it to unequip its clothes too.

I would be glad if someone finds out a solution for me as its getting frustrating to just see naked dead bodies all around
