Vortex crashing at launch

I'm having an issue where I cannot get Vortex to stop crashing as soon as it loads the extensions. I've tried to grab screen caps of any errors, but it's difficult because it happens within less than a second after extensions are loaded.

 

I've uninstalled / reinstalled. I've deleted the mod folder. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. I've installed in on my primary drive. I've installed it on my secondary drive (which is where my Steam library resides.) Same outcome every time.

 

In the screenshots I've managed to grab I'm getting the following errors:

"Mods can't be deployed"

"Loose files may not get loaded"

"Failed to update masterlist"

 

There is sometimes a windows error window that pops up and instantly closes itself as well when this happens. I've only managed to get one glimpse at it, and all I can see is that the window title is "Userlist invalid"

 

A few months ago, Vortex was working great for me, but I had a bad stick of RAM that caused some BSoDs for me. Some of them were when I was trying to load up Vortex. I've since replaced the RAM. No more BSoDs, but also no more Vortex.

 

Can someone please help? I'd love to play with some moddy goodness, but at this point I'm stuck and at a loss.

I would suggest checking each of your drives for errors. Do a full scan.

 

(When you uninstall - also make sure appdata/roaming/vortex is gone)
