Mod request: remove the buckles on the arm of the "Primeval Flame Rockerjack"

Hey guys,

 

I have 0 experience when it comes to modding/editing a 3D model, but would it be possible for someone to remove the buckle straps on the side of the arms of the Primeval Flame Rockerjack? if you can't remove them, would it be possible to change the color of the buckle and buttons on the arms (and the two on the back) to a silver chrome similar to what's on Johnny's belt when you wear his pants? Figured I would post since the Jacket shares a model with other jackets without the straps on the arms. Thank you for viewing my post!
