HELP! Skyrim won't launch after adding mods and a Skyrim Updat

Can't tell too much from a file on your C drive.

Go to the steam library. Right click on Skyrim. Scroll down and click on properties. In the properties window and click on local files. Then click on Verify integrity of game cache and wait till Steam does its verification and downloads any fixes needed.

Sorry if this is already answered however, adding some mods then uninstalling em' is one thing however it may turn off due to plugins so if you have nmm (nexus mod manager) you're usually on the mod page but look at the top right corner of nmm and click plugins then one file may missing something. AFTER 4 HOURS I REALISED WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM. Anyways hope this help:D

Don't mean to come off as a total and complete modding noob, but I've been getting into it for a few years now, and I've noticed whenever I see a specific overhaul for textures and attempt to install it myself, the mods install succesful and LOOT and TES5Edit tell me I have the load order correct, but it never looks the same as the way I see other people when they run the overhauls or specific lists of texture mods. I don't know if this is something I'm doing wrong on my end or what? If someone could help me out. My load order is:
