what does a double sided triangle with a giant white exclamation point mean? [I have no idea, do you?]

I don't know what causes such an anomaly to occur but every so often I run into an double sided exclamation point triangle, when I reload my save they either disappear, or tilt at an odd angle as if affected by physics then of course lock in place. It is really weird. What's even weirder is you can use them as weapons and they make parts of your armor invisible.

It's a missing mesh. You probably have too many plugins or one of your mods wasn't isntalled correctly.

Thank you. I actually find the design pretty cool makes me think (in first person) of invisible weapons in multiplayer games.
