Improved headmeshes for custom Humanoid races?

Would it be possible for someone to create a custom human headmesh without the human ears?And release it as a free modder's resource :3

 

 

I am sure it can be done,the thing is I tried myself and it ended in disaster.The only person I saw that succeeded was ayuyu,who is unreachable (at least to me),so that I could know exactly what/how he/she did it.

 

 

I assume that Blender is the option if vertices are to be removed (since,as far as I researched,it is the only thing capable of making custom .tri files,which,again,I assume are the cause of why my custom mesh doesn't work).Problem is I kinda can't use Blender :<

 

 

So...is there any kind soul who could consider my request and (possibly) fulfill it?

 

Would be my modding hero/heroine ^^

So...I figured out part of how to do it.
The thing is,3DS max SEEMS to change the head scaling and position.How do I set it so that when I export it,it is on Vanilla scaling and position?(So that it doesn't float above the mouth/eyes,I tried importing and exporting a vanilla head without touching it and the result was the same as when I used an edited head)
