Lighting setup for Skyrim

Hi

I've just started Skyrim and getting into modding it. I have never used lighting mods before and thought I'd give some a try after watching a couple of mod recommendations, so please excuse as I don't have any idea what I'm doing.

So I have quite a few questions that I hope you can help me with. Please bear with me...

I am trying to decide on a few mods that affect the lighting, at least I think they all do, please correct me if I'm wrong here:

Realistic Lighting Overhaul

Claralux

Enhanced Lighting and FX

FXAA

Skyrim Shadow Striping Fix

Project Reality - Climates of Tamriel

Imaginator

Could you tell me if they are all compatible? I get the impression that they are but should you use them all together? Is there a load guide. I do use BOSS but it doesn't always get it right

Project Reality is a must I believe, as I have Frostfall and like the immersive side. And I like the effect of Enhanced Lights and FX on interiors together with Claralux for exteriors - can I use these together?

Do I even need FXAA or RLO? Can they enhance the lighting further? As I read it they dont give performance hits.

These shouldn't have any effect on performance should they? I have quite a good spec but not sure if I have correct settings yet - new build.

The problems I have seen is that my lights are way too bright, I noticed on starting at riverwood especially on the lantern outside the inn. I think it might be what you call bloom, but I'm guessing now. Is this a setting with Claralux? How do I change this please?

Also I am getting the ugly striping bug even with Shadow Striping Fix. Is it still necessary or is there a differrent version? How do I sort this?

If you look through and can give any advice I would be grateful.
