[Mod Request] Basic mod to stop prisoners escaping

I realise this forum doesn't really seem to get a lot of traffic anymore but True Prisoners doesn't work and the version a kind soul complied in the comments doesn't work for myself or others either.

My game has bugged out a bit. I think due to the AI command mod allowing leaders of other parties of my army to take noble prisoners, but then not being able to take them off of them (this feature is currently bugged).

I had a huge fight taking their city of Tyal, during which I fought more nobles than I could care to count, they just kept coming and now a bunch of Sturgian Nobles (who I am 99% sure I fought and my party members took prisoner during this big battle) are no longer spawning in game, despite me being at war with them. These nobles are all listed as being last seen at Varnovapol but are not there, I own all the default Sturgian territories now.

I am constantly attacked by the same Nobles and merc clans who I then imprison, then they escape, 5 mins later they attack me again with a new army.

I tried a mod allowing my brothers and sisters to marry these bugged nobles into my clan, but they are just listed as prisoner and are not where the encyclopedia says they are. (Usually Razih)
I've tried the telepathy mod and they just have the dialogue lines used by someone who has been taken prisoner.

I have tried using the dev console to move the NPCs who appear to have bugged out to my party, as my prisoner but it said NPC unable to be moved.

As a last ditch effort of trying to find a way to rescue the game I was hoping to be able to take the nobles that are in game prisoner indefinitely and see if any other Sturgians attack, if not at least I know for sure they are bugged and I will start to kill them off with the dev console.

 

To do that I was hoping someone who has the know how could make a mod that is nowhere as in depth as True Prisoners (which isn't currently working) that literally just removes the escape chance for AI prisoners so I can store up all the ones I know still work and then release them back into the wild once I've dealt with the bugged ones
