How to install FCOM??

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get FCOM mod installed but I don't know how I should go about installing this. At first I thought it was a bundle literally containing all mods it modifies. Now that I read through the installation "guide" (not much of a guide, if you ask me) at FCOM website, I began to think FCOM was just a sort of utility tool that "connects" the mods I would have to download separately myself (OOO, MMM, Fran's, WarCry, etc). So, I am quite lost and need help. Do I have to download & install the mods separately and then install FCOM, or can I just use FCOM right away, as if there are no pre-requisities?

BTW, I pointed this out before, but I think something should be done about that FCOM installation guide at the website (FCOM website) because this looks less like a guide and more like a brief explanation of what mod does what in the game. Not at all helpful, especially for first timers such as myself.

I myself followed that very guide, and successfully installed fcom and all the associated mods, and Had them working the first try with no problems. following that guide that you showed the link too.

FCOM is a mod that allows the other mods to work together at the same time...

If you want all of those other mods OOO,MMM,Frans,Warcry and bobs armory then you need to download the latest version of all of them and install them according to the read me that comes with each mod.

THEN download and install FCOM and follow the instructions with it...

Just read all the way down the page you linked to... all the instructions are there you just have to do a lot of reading.

I see. Thanks for pointing that out! Now I know there's an actual install guide I can follow lol I was really confused before. However, I still doubt one thing: it tells me that I should Wrye Bash, but can I use OMOD instead, as I am more familiar with it?

U will need wyre bash for the bashed patch. I use both yrebash and obmm. Since it is easier to change load order in obmm i use it for that and any omods.

Wyrebash I simply use when modding, or when adding things to the bash patch as needed :-)

So yes you will ne wyre bash Its not hard to deal with once you figure it out :-)

I just cant seem to move the load order at all so i use obmm for that part.

in that install guide it will tell you how to add to the bashed patch, and remember when installing these mods read very carefully and do exactly what each mods read me says or there will be problems with the mods :-)
