With the Unintentional Kleptomaniac trait you get a stealth field lasting 60 seconds, your sneak skill is maxed to 100 for 60 seconds, you gain an 50 percent movement speed boost for 60 seconds, and muffling your steps for a full 60 seconds.

It also means when you hover over anything owned by another person, there is a fifty five point sixty six percent chance you'll automatically store it in your inventory by taking it, this can even account for pickpocketing a random item off someone if crouching, or attempting to lockpick a owned door.

 

This trait can be optionally earned by stealing over 1,000,000,000 items, accidental or otherwise! You see, we have options for getting this trait!
