Replace Pipboy "Flashlight" with a hand-held Lighter like Metro series

To begin with I'd like to say I really like the flashlight mods that are currently available, but it is very immersive breaking when you are flashing your bright flashlight at an NPC and they just don't bat an eye.

If possible, I'd like a mod where the player holds up a lighter in their left hand similar to how the Metro series does it, where you can hold a button to activate a lighter. The pipboy is a huge item on your wrist, so I like using the pip pad but the pip pad also uses the "flashlight" mod where it points forward and breaks immersion when enemies don't notice you.

I like playing the game like a horror survival game, so this would really add to it. I hope someone picks it up... :happy:
