Remove common white item icons (or pick and choose which icons are shown))

I am finding that in mid to late game Cyberpunk, other than disassembly for crafting supplies, common items (white item icons) have practically no use.

 

Being someone who rarely crafts items I'm finding myself annoyed by the constant assault of white icons on my eyes and my OCD.

 

I would still like the rare(blue), epic(purple) and legendary(red) icons to show up because some of these can occasionally still be useful. OCCASIONALLY LOL.

 

As it is currently I find my OCD kicking in meaning that I have to collect EVERY LAST item on my screen even when I know they're mostly only common junk items that I don't need. I'm sure I'm not the only one who keeps only rare quality and higher items equipped right? Again I find no use for really any of the common quality equipment/food/items/weapons.

 

Please if you could find a way to ONLY turn off the white/common item icons that would be AWESOME!

 

Thanks a ton in advance! Please let me know if anyone else at least feels the same way so I know that I'm not crazy. (Otherwise I may need to start seeing someone to get my OCD under control LOL)
