NMM "Tracelog Error"

(Hope this is in the right place.)

 

Just picking the game up again after a long hiatus and needed, of course, to update a lot of mods, but starting with an update of NMM itself. Got the update/reinstall to NMM done perfectly fine, then a couple questions and NMM began updating (I think) all the mods I had on file. At some point in this part of the process I got this error message:

 

Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

 

(Plus, naturally, "NMM needs to close et cetera et cetera.")

 

Not entirely sure what to make of this, and I couldn't find anything fitting it exactly in the NMM Frequent Problems FAQ either, so I'm hopeful someone on here might be able to tell me what this means.
