Performance on a new rig

Well, i'm just wondering, because usually in skyrim I get a 20-25 fps with minimal drop, and am wondering if I should have more, or something.
I have about, 140 mods installed. xD

Although, even with RCRN's shaders, it stayed at 20-25 fps, sometimes dropping to 18.

My specs.

Os is 64 bit windows 8.

 

8.00 GB RAM

 

Storage is a 700 gb hard disk

Video card is a AMD Radeon HD 6570

 

Total available graphics memory 4848 MB

 

Dedicated graphics memory 1024 MB

 

Shared system memory 3824 MB

 

AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.6 ghz

It would help to see a copy of your load order, a breakdown of any major texture or mesh rebuild packs, and any changes you've made to the ini files

All I've done in the Ini files are removing mouse acceleration and disabling vsync.

couple of other questions:

 

1. Have you cleaned all your mods using TES5Edit?

2. Which version of Skyrim are you using?

3. Are you using BOSS to correctly sort your load order?

4. Which version of SKSE are you using?

I have not cleaned the mods using Tes5edit.
I am using the latest version. 1.9.32.0
I have used BOSS to organize my load order. (Not recently, though, so a few mods aren't in the correct order.)
And I am using the latest version of Skse. 1.6.13

In that case, your first step should be to sort your mods with BOSS (which is really something you do whenever you install a new mod), and then clean all the mods that are flagged as dirty in the BOSS log (I personally tend to clean every mod other than the Unofficial Patches - which should never be cleaned - and any mod that the author specifically marks as having been cleaned with the latest version of TES5Edit, but at the very least you should clean the ones that BOSS flags). This may not help your fps rate, but it will clear up other issues (including issues you may not have noticed yet)

 

EDIT: Something I forgot to ask before, what level have you got your graphics set to in the options menu?
