LE Color option for eyelashes

Hi,

 

I request for a color option for eyelashes. I know there a few mods which change the look but one only gets black eyelashes.

I don't request for eyelash color which matches the hair. A red eyelash maybe would look stupid.

A blond and natural version of the eyelashes or a less dark and conspicuous eyelash is all I want.

The less conspicuous the better it fits in a realistic RPG.

 

My red-haired Nord-Dovahkiin-Huntress has the default eyelashes and it looks awful, because there is no way she would use mascara.

 

I spend a lot of time in searching such a mod and I don't think there is one.

It would be enough if one could use a eyelash mod for the player character.

 

I do not know how much complicated or desired my request is. It is a very small change, but I could enjoy the game much more and it

would add more realism to the game.

It should be possible but it needs some work:

1. You need to separate the eyelash-material in the eye.nif from the rest, for example in Blender. You have to do it or you'll gett all-black eyes! (Tested it.)

 

2. Then you just have to set the shader-flags in the new eyelash-material to match those of the hair and able to get the same tint.

 

3. Change the colour of the eyelash in all eyecolour.dds from black to grey, or you will still have black eyelashes.

If you have installed a lot of eye-mods, this could be a lot of work.
