Mod Search: Questions

Given how time has passed and I'm loving a lot of the mods previously recommended to me, I am looking for.....more. I had specific ones. Here's goes:

 

1. Is there a Nevada Skies port? I love Project Reality, I love its somber look, I love its weather effects. But I'm a storyteller too, and I'd like to have direct control of the weather, the ability to force weather or set new non-standard templates, all of which Nevada Skies does, but naturally its for New Vegas. Project Reality likes a lot of drizzly weather and too much clouds in the DC area.

 

2. Playing with non-standard weather mods in Point Lookout can make you see out to the edge of the map, and you can see land tiles far out in the distance. Is there a way or mod to fix that problem, or should I shut off the Weather mods for PL. As a note: I like the vanilla weather, but I don't want it all the time.

 

3. Have you guys seen a mod anywhere that puts real animals back into Fallout 3 beyond Mart's Mutant Mod? MMM is great on its own, and Geckos aside I think is an awesome Green world enhancer. But adding mega fauna back in, including the normal, relatively healthy one headed cow or better yet a shaggy Auroch!!! Man that would be an awesome Wasteland critter!

 

4. Is there a mod that will allow you to summon random encounters? This one I really wouldn't want EXCEPT I move so fast I triggered the UFO encounter and never knew it until I went back to clear a raider's nest. Also, I've never been able to trigger Uncle Leo. And as I've said, I would like to have more control over my story telling, like a convenient encounter with the Oasis merchant.

 

5. I was thinking about a level extender, to take advantage of more perks and such, but I'm concerned about balancing issues. It's not my LW and the raiders, its the raiders and the Caravan merchants and such. Ideally, I'd like the leveling thing to stop at level 30 for everyone, but have an increase XP requirement to get more perks.

 

6. Conversely being able to buy perks, or anything else with the gobbs of money you make on you trips would be a godsent.

 

But yes, the mods are great, I'm loving it! Thank you!
