Made basic helm with noseguard in blender, need help importing

I decided to try my hands on 3d modeling and got blender. I made this helmet which I think should be ok for Skyrim though I don't know if the size is right or if the polys are too high or low. But when it comes to converting and importing stuff I really don't get all the python and maya stuff the tutorials go on about and I'm eager to see how the model looks in-game.

I don't even care if the texture is monochrome, I can fix that later.

 

Would anyone be willing to make it into a nif that can be used in Skyrim?

 

I'd really appreciate that.
