Simple custom weapon mesh request

Im trying to make a custom disruptor weapon inspired by star wars blasters, but Im finding it far more difficult to make a weapon mesh than I thought. All I want to do is take the upper reciever from a PPSH-41 mesh and combine it with the lower receiver from the New Vegas .308 sniper rifle minus its magazine. If anyone could make this mesh and texture pack for me I'll love you forever and credit you in the mod page.

The pic below is what I want it to look like. It doesn't need to have any reload animations, as it uses the "MF Breeder" ammo and recharges its shots like the "recharger" rifle and pistol.
