sword animations glitch

[Azboh]

This is my first post so let me know if im missing any info.

 

the problem is whenever I swing my sword in third person it glitches out bad as if its trying to swing multiple times but just bugs out and dose a stupid animation, Everythings fine in first person tho. Also im not able to get anyother animations to work like this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/43316. any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

 

Im using Vortex btw. I would get mo2 but idk how to transfer mods over
