blove
Make sure that you have a "FOOK2 - Main.bsa" file in your Fallout 3 Data directory and re-toggle Archive Invalidation.

SoulReaver911
This sounds like an installation failure. I saw that there are three individual zips for the FOOK mod. I'm not sure of what method you used to install the mod, but I suggest doing it manually with FOMM.To ensure file intregity, have 7zip, or any application that can decompress the downloaded files unzip for you. Sometimes, manually dragging files out of the window will cause the program to miss some, so instead, highlight all the files and find the "extract" button. You'll want it to unzip in a new directory of your choosing.Go ahead and do this same procedure for each of the 3 downloaded zip files from the FOOK page here on nexus, that includes:FOOK v1-2 Open Beta Data Files -- also requires the Main FilesFOOK v1-2 Open Beta Main Files -- also requires the Data FilesFOOK v1-2 OB Hotfixes 110601You'll want the program to unzip each rar in the same directory. The "Hotfixes" will probably replace some previously unrared files, and this is intentional. After completing this process, open FOMM and select "Package Manager" on the right. This opens a new window where it lists fomods you've already installed. There are new options on the right of this new window.Where it says "Add FOMod" or something similar, push the down arrow next to it and select "Create FOMod."This opens up yet another window where you an choose the source of the files i.e. the new folder that everything was unzipped to.1: From here, you need to place all the files into the white space on the right, making sure that any esps, and bsa are clearly visible as the top directory. (i.e can't be in another folder)2: Name it.3: And then the last necessary step is to choose "Save locations" on the left and make sure to check "Create Fomod" which will save this new fomod you're making in the "fomods" directory of the Fallout's game directory, for later use. After this, click the ok button, and it will warn you about some missing info, which is optional and suggested, but otherwise unecessary. It will then create the fomod (which takes a little while)After this, all you need to do it double click the newly created mod in the Package Manager window, and it will install properly! You may want to run a BOSS auto sort after this. You can find it under the "Load Order" tab in FOMM's main window. You can also run BOSS separately. If this does not fix the textures, then there are other troubleshooting tips I can suggest EDIT: I was just notified by blove (thank you) that the .bsa in the FOOK installation is too large for FOMM to handle. This is where the file selector in the Package Manager comes in handy. What you can do in this instance is leave the bsa out of the fomod and write a note in the install instructions to remind yourself to put it in the data folder manually. I still suggest this method as the automatic updating of files that are overwritten are restored when uninstalling FOOK, and leaving ht .bsa in the data folder is not a big deal. Thanks again blove Edited April 12, 2013 by SoulReaver911
