niston Posted February 9, 2021 Share Posted February 9, 2021 Nif-Maker wanted, for work on the fabulous Concord Restoration Project mod!In other words, this project needs someone who's got 3ds max kung-fu and can work textures to produce ready-made NIFs. Could be you, perhaps? Concord Restoration Project completely restores Concord. And by completely, I mean completely. Not only did everything get a nice visual make-over, but ALL the buildings in Concord are either opened up, or have a dedicated, fully restored interior. Yes, even the Museum. Complete with restored murals. How cool is that? Most (all?) of the heavy lifting has been done already, but some smaller and little things still remain. And Fennix88 is getting married, so he doesn't have time for modding anymore, and I'm thus looking for someone to join in and help me continue work on the project. It needs some NIFs - For example, specific power poles and accessories need to be created. Also, need more street name signs. And there's a building (the Concord Inn) which needs some more customization. And illuminated windows for the various buildings need to be made - These will be animated, governed by some already existing and well tested hi-tech custom script that turns the lights on all the buildings on/off based on time of day, weather and some randomness! For the maximum immersion! The mod generally has a lot of cool scripting stuff going on, such as this elevator in the Concord Museum, and elsewhere. And other little things which you are unlikely to encounter in any other mod. But you don't need to worry about that, I've got this covered already - I'm the script maker! Even though I work the navmesh for all the interiors at the moment and did heaps and heaps of landscaping earlier. You can find some screenshots of the work in progress in my nexus images.
