ilassassinli
RESULTS! I will post pics of each different test in a moment, but it is clear, the problem lies in the GPU, but it still doesnt explain how the GPU reaches max in both Very Low and Ultra settings. Note: Any dips in graphs were when I was checking the graphs themselves. http://imgur.com/qmakkPS,eWTrUmH,wrR6aXk,whXfH8K,5GJrbTr#0 These are 5 graphs while testing on Medium settings http://imgur.com/GG1Sj74,EWbhXGj#0 Two graphs while testing on Very Low and Ultra settings. The first increase is on Very Low, the second increase is when playing on Ultra, but both increases are the same.
SCAVENGER_1
i been looking around and found this sitehttp://www.yougamers.com/games/ in the search area typ in Skyrim but you will need JAVA and it has to be up to date for it to run but this will test your pc to what ever game you want to play. this is what my pc showshttp://clients.futuremark.com/gom/gameometer.action?gameId=10496&sysInfoId=18948598 but i am on a custom built desk top that i did. but like i said before it is the onboard gpu holding you back, since dedicated gpu work on there own plus they dont use the same BUS system as the cpu does in which the onboard gpu's that do use the same BUS system as the cpu does. which will cause on welcome results. best bet is to upgrade when you can for over all playability. but if it plays ok for you on low setting just play it that way. and this is what i use to take my in game video and pictures and it will show your FPS in gamehttp://www.fraps.com/ i think this is the newest GPUZhttp://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2221/TechPowerUp_GPU-Z_v0.6.9.html this will show what you have for a gpu

Very helpful. The first one doesn't always hold true for me though because of my integrated graphics card though, but Im used to it, haha. What you say is true, desktops are better, if I could upgrade that would be nice, but for now, Im concerned about the now, and as you said, if it runs fine now, use it. It runs fine on ultra so Ill use it, Im just really curious why it would stay the same on all graphics. I also tried GPUZ which just said I had the Intel graphics, which as I mentioned, Im pretty sure I do not have the Nvidia on my computer. And lastly, the fraps may be helpful. I have been using a built in skyrim mod for fps, but I have a feeling it isn't always totally accurate, so Ill try it out. Again, thankss for all of that and for checking in! Again, thankss for all of that and for checking in!sorry ofr taking so long on my response , but i been looking for that game tester for some time and couldnt remember what bookmark it was in. so i end up googling it after all lol, google is your friend when it comes to finding this and other kinds of info, unlike bing which is garbage.. i have the paid version of fraps which open ups all of the settings in FRAPS. i got it back in 2003 and been using it since and you only pay for it once and after that you get a life time of free up dates and tech support with it . but if gpuz says intell gpu im not really sure if it is nvidia or ati or now days amd gpu i have another porgram that will tell you everything that is in your pc, but the free edtion of it is limited on what it will allow you to see though. http://www.aida64.com/downloads just down load the extreme version none business version. been using this for some time to but this 1 only has 1 yr free update, but i been using the same old version for some time though. ilassassinli
My computer officially does not have the Nvidia graphics. Cnet's review is terrible due to the fact that they talk more about a easily mistaken model than the model they're reviewing itself...which caused the confusion. So first of all, any ahters of Intel HD, it's been that running skyrim on ultra this whole time at 10-20 FPS. My question still remains though, why does the graphics work just as well on the worst settings as on the best settings?
