FNIS: Failed to run tool in Vortex: Unhandled Exception

Kind of a weird title but I'm getting a weird problem, I was playing Skyrim SE yesterday without any issues, installed EVG conditional idles and after an hour or 2 i get off and turn off my PC for the night. Now today as I go to play I find another animation mod that I want to download, I install it, run FNIS like i'm supposed to and I get the following error that made me make this post, trying to access FNIS via the short cut in Vortex I get:

 

"Can't run tool" Clicking more I get: "Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: The signature is incorrect

at Microsoft.VisualBasic.ApplicationServices.WindowsFormsApplicationBase.Run(StringcommandLine)

at GenerateFNISforUsers.My.Application.Main(Strings Args)"

 

Upon clicking "More Details" I get: executable: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

 

So.. yeah I don't know what the f*#@ is going on, I usually solve problems by myself but when it comes to FNIS I don't like taking chances that could f*#@ me even more if I try to fix it myself. If anybody knows what the above means and if there is a way to fix this then please let me know.

Upon redeploying all mods in my load order and trying to run FNIS again and getting the same error, this shows up in the "More Details" box now: I get this now:

at GenerateFNISforUsers.My.MyApplication.Main(String[] Args) at ChildProcess.<anonymous> (C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar\renderer.js:1506:105) at ChildProcess.emit (events.js:210:5) at maybeClose (internal/child_process.js:1021:16) at Process.ChildProcess._handle.onexit (internal/child_process.js:283:5)

 

I don't know anything about the tech stuff about FNIS so this is all mumbo jumbo to me
