I don't know anything about modding Cyberpunk so I'm curious, why is not possible to add a thing in the game? I see most mods have to replace things that are already in the game. Will it be possible one day to add things into the game without replacing other ones?

I have the same question. Ideally, I'd like to be able to create a bunch of npcs and then spawn them where I like.
