Mod issue with Morrigan

I'm at the point where you "kill" Flemeth and return to camp and talk to Morrigan. At the same time my first conversation with Wynne pops up as soon as I enter camp (after she collapses in battle and tells you whats going on). Before I took a break from Dragon Age I would have my conversation with Morrigan after killing Flemeth; then I would talk to her again, and she would have her conversation where she says she's not like other women and I would choose to part ways. I no longer get the second dialogue where we part ways and I'm not sure where the issue is.

 

Most of the mods I have don't effect dialogue, just textures or add-ons; the ones I have that do are:

 

Dragon Age redesigned

Improved atmosphere

Morrigan restoration patch

Alistair dialogue patch

improved romance scenes

dialogue tweaks

Banter now

Pearl Redone

Kigen Patch all in one

 

I've tried deactivating all of these except Dragon age redesigned (I don't know if it effects dialogue or not to be honest) using DAMod Manager (I installed all mods except Improved atmoshpere and DA Redesigned with it) and have had no sucess. I also removed folder 4.1 from improved atmopshere and got no results. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

 

Update

I've tried leaving camp and coming back, evertime I do I automatically enter a conversation with Morrigan. I did this four times times and each time I re-entered camp I was automatically entered into conversation with Morrigan.

Have you tried reloading before you kill Flemeth and going to camp to get the Wynne conversation done then returning and killing Flemeth.
