Is it possible to enable unique dialogue for multiple Lifepaths in the same save?

I've been trying to figure this out with no luck. As of now, it's possible to switch your Lifepath in Save Editors, but I'm trying to make it so for example, you'd see BOTH the Street Kid and Corpo unique dialogue options. It seems like it should just be a matter of enabling both flags. Any ideas?
