Recruiting for a "Fate of the Nerevarine" mod

As the topic states, I'm making a "Fate of the Nerevarine" mod. The general idea is this. Do you hear the rumors of the Nerevarine heading to Akavir? Do you wonder why he/she went? Well, in this mod the player will find out.

 

This is the idea, that the player will hear a rumor of the Nerevarine coming to Cyrodiil. A large crowd gathered for his return, as did various members of the Elder Council. However, the person who stepped off the ship did not seem to be the hero that they had expected. He was wearing tattered clothing, with his sword broken, and his face hidden by his hood. Suddenly, he unsheathed his broken sword, and with a powerful pulse of magic, the entire crowd lay dead. The Nerevaine the walked away, fleeing to some cave somewhere. Chancellor Ocato sends the Champion of Cyrodiil (you) to deal with him. He embarks on a Quest to find out where the Nerevarine is. Once he finds him, they have an epic fight. The champion prevails. With his dying breath, the Nerevarine utters these words. "They will find you." And dies. Upon closer examination of his corpse, the Champion finds he has several mysterious runes on him. He also finds the journal, which accounts for his adventures and what he went through to become insane. The Champion embarks on a journey to Akavir with a couple other heroes, determined to find out what caused his insanity and to avenge him.

 

After that, the hero goes to Akavir and finds some horrible truth about the species there planning to invade Tamriel or something.

 

This mod will hopefully include

-A new land to explore. (Hopefully at least part of Akavir.)

-Many quests

-An epic storyline

-New weapons, armor, and the like.

-To help reveal some secrets that Bethedsa didn't want to tell us.

-Voice acting

Now, this is going to be a huge project, so I'm going to need some help.

 

 

I personally have some CS skill, being able to make landscapes, script minimally, and the like. However, I need modders of all kinds to help me. Modelers, texture makers, quest makers, landscape makers, and scripters. You name it, I need it.
