Trying to swap head from a soldier to Luke, end up looking like a mix of both models

Hi all, new to mod and just want to swap parts around to create a unique Jedi to replace Luke ROTJ.

 

I manage to succeed changing to a torso from Resistance officer and legs from other soldier. But the head that I want is from an Assault Rebel soldier (Charlie). It's the Asian looking guy one. It seems to work, but it looks like the texture of the face is the soldier Charlie, but the model is still kind of mixture with Luke.

 

Is there a way to do a fully head swap in an easy way? I am not going to adjust things outside the Frosty Editor itself. I am already feel so awesome that I manage to pull off this very simple modding!

 

And also, will this get me banned if I play online? it is just purely cosmetic. I plan to change the lightsaber color. It should be okay?
