Problem after reinstalling NMM

Hello,

 

I have reinstall NMM after i chanded my system Hard drive. Skyrim wasn't touch, i just reinstalled steam in the same directory than before.

 

But now, NMM shows all my mods deactivated although the mods are still activated in the game itself.

 

Is there are way for NMM to know what mods are active ?
