Missing LEFT hand ready/sheath animation

My friends, Im looking to any one who can help me, trust me on my word that I gave everything in my power to solve this problem, but I couldnt.... :sad:
My main problem is:

1) " missing left hand ready/sheath animation " like from the description some how im missing animation when ever I have selected only one weapon ( any weapon ), ( in my LEFT HAND ) and when ever I pull out put back in the sheat , my weapon instant spons in LEFT HAND ( when pulled out ) or instant spons back in the sheat ( when returned back ) .

2) Also any 2h weapon that I equipe on my LEFT hand its not visible on my back .... But it is visible when I equipe it on my RIGHT hand.
Also Im missing animation when im pulling out the 2h weapon that is equiped in LEFT hand.

3) Next problem and it annoys me a lot is when ever I pull 1h weapon that is equiped in LEFT hand my character sets into bear-handed fighthing stance (boxer stanc ) with his weapon in the LEFT hand .
From the other side when ever I have weapon placed in the RIGHT hand the stance is normal and the animations for pulling out and returing the weapon works fine.
- for this 3) problem " boxer stance " I started vanilla verson with 0 mods on and its the same like the one with bunch of mods on, also even here on vanilla im "missing left hand ready/sheath animation " . Ive also RUN " Verify integrity of game files " on Steam propertis for SSE but it didnt help.

4) I also have an objection that is not related to the problem from the above:
Is it possible some how to reduce speed when mouving left and right ( pressing A and D ) , becuse I it looks like the character is mouving faster then running just forward, also during fights when character swings with weapon his foot are doing Michael Jackson "Moon walk" ( IT IS SO UNREALISTIC AND LOOKS BAD THAT IT MAKES ME TO REMOVE THE GAME :sad: ) . Is there any way to fix this?
