Still crashing on intial enter of Diamond City

Still working on the same issue from back in December. I have no idea what else to do. Nothing I try ever permanently resolves the issue, including reinstalling the game multiple times, reinstalling mods, disabling mods that seem to be an issue and starting a new game, changing load order, checking Wyre, etc. Crashes in/around Diamond City keep returning. I'd be happy to ask on a specific mod page or just get rid of that mod entirely, if I had any idea what mod it is, but there's no consistent behavior from any of them.
