Infinite Synth Relay Grenades?

Hi, I wanna make a mod that somehow gives me infinite synth relay grenades.

 

I think I can make a crafting recipe that lets me turn a single bottlecap into 10000 grenades, but is there a way for me to get infinite synth grenades without relying on workbenches?

 

Like somehow have a script give me 1 grenade every 5 seconds

Or maybe everytime I use a vats attack i get a grenade.

Or maybe everytime I use/swing a weapon even if its just my fists I get a grenade.

You may find the quality mod authors who frequent this forum reticent to engage, as what you seem to asking for is something that will crash your game.

 

Probably best just to use the console to add a stack of grenades.
