Need help with redguards

So heres my problem.

 

in my game my redguards be they bandits thieves guards or the guy who picks your nose for a Septim as long as theyre reguards they all have a Greyish face.

 

its a very noticable difference and they are the only ones that it does it to :( is there any world wide stickable fix for these ashy faced stress relievers?
