2 Issues I've got.

Yeah, I got it, I just wasn't sure if it was a surface level issue relating to load order or a mod confliction which is why I was reluctant to dive into more complicated fixes for my issues- as this one is comparatively minor and up until this point my game has worked pretty much flawlessly beyond a couple load order conflicts I've had. If it's a deeper engine or install issue that needed to have been said in the first place. Here is both the save and the NVSE copy that is made in the folder

Sorry For the late reply, RL gets in the way. it will be a few minutes.

In order to stay on nutria ground, I am installing the game from a source most won't do, The source is not DRM of GOG nor Steam so those programs won't be involved.

Suffice to say, ah no, the default install location can be used To identify the issues but I will be moving the game to another location and removing the content from this drive.

Needless extra data is not required. I do not keep all my games installed, I don't like clutter. how ever I do go above and beyond for gamers. No worries, here's what's up.

I have the file.

So shortly while that's downloading and I cook dinner for the fam, I'll be able to assist you.

just hang in there.

almost ready

I had dishes to wash

EDIT: ok here's where I'm at right now

In this picture you can download this image and see where things are at.

Due to some of the mods being used, tells me you Must have some knowledge about internal workings of the game and products used on the game.

Screenshot-2021-09-02-215334.png

the mod highlighted is Highly specialized software.

If you followed through with all the resources correctly , these issues should not be there. ya see, this is why I needed the specifics about what's in use.

Normally I wouldn't necro a thread, but I'm encountering this same exact issue with Lonesome Road right now and haven't found any similar threads with any solutions. I went through and disabled mod-by-mod to see what could get the Sentry Bot's and ED-E to attack, but have had literally zero luck. I'm not sure what the issue is, and it's really starting to get frustrating as I enjoy having my game experience be as difficult as possible. I use a really light mod count (30-ish mods, mostly fixes and crash-preventers, etc) and this is the only time I've had a serious issue like this.

I would post my load order, but apparently I can't take a screenshot with lightshot or even windows and upload it here, so, that's epic.

The only things I can think of that might screw with the Robot's AI is stuff like BLEED, Ragdolls, NV Compatibility Skeleton, YUP, and that's about it. But I've disabled all of them and tried it out, but the robots still don't attack in Hopeville Missile Silo

So what I intend to do for you is attempt to purge this saved game thus removing any offending code, and then send it back to you to load with all those mods Disabled.

And a reload on your side with them loaded 1 by one and tested 1 by 1 in the setup control environment as you see in this image above. You must do this. this is your only opportunity to discover where the bug is and then we can fix it.

I am going to give you a link to download the correct version of MO 2 so you can correctly sort your mods with. this load order within the saved game file is corrupted.

the file will not load / it crashes out.

that does not mean I can't force it to load because I can.

------------------------

I stopped here because of that corrupted assembly tells me you need to fix the order there, How ever once you do, you then will not be able to load your own files.

this is where it's at.

you got 68 hours, 33 minutes, and 10 seconds on that saved game file.

so here's where you start.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6194?tab=files&file_id=202874

Now listen do not forget ,pay attention to details I am giving you.

DO NOT use Loot During a diagnostic session ever

You use the sort button for that algorithm Built into Mo 2. It will fix the code correctly, this is applied to all game currently covered For use in Mo 2 Branches.

If you do not head My directions you just ignoring facts.

The sort feature may use parts of Loot, it is NOT anywhere near the same kind of coding at all.

Now that's letting the cat out of the bag for sure.

  1. Installed and open, hit sort.
  2. On the saved game tab, select right click on the saved game file "fix enabled mods"
  3. Check what's missing, repeat and see what's is missing.
  4. If nothing is missing? then hit sort again.

If the game crashes Immediately? then you use what I am repairing in order to verify the game will run. Do not be all that in a hurry to run nvse. that is outside normal game runtime and breaks diagnostics. You stick to the plan I laid out here. once the saved game file which ever one will operate

Functions on your side? then check to see if the Bot's are now working.

If so? we're done.

If not ? well that's another ball game.

1 last question. where did the game come from ? Steam or GOG ?

I have a 60 kb/s download speed and it's late where I live, this is going to have to wait until tomorrow- as Mod Organizer 2 will likely take around an hour to download. Regardless, I appreciate the lengths you're willing to go to to help and will let MO2 install overnight

Not trying to waste your time miss. As I said, it's going to have to wait until tomorrow. I'm recovering from wisdom tooth surgery and it's nearly 1 in the morning where I live. I need to rest. If you would like a more convenient form of communication, I am willing to communicate on whatever platform you wish
