Open the console command and type in ''showracemenu'' without the quotes, and u can automaticly change ur characters race or face. I dont know if this works on Xbox 360 or PS3. If u wanna change his class, type in showclassmenu.

If u dont know how to open console, press the key at the left of the key ''1''

How do you mean that? You want to edit your face's texture like in the Character creation or do you want to use a completely different texture(let's say a boiling red one just for example)?

 

For 1st one, byugaia already mentioned how to edit your current character.

 

For 2nd one, you could just open the Oblivion\Data\Textures\Character\xxxYourRacexxx\Head Folder, the Textures should be in there(it's a .dds file). If you replace it it with something another texture of the same format, you chould change your character's head, but I do not recommend that. If you want to edit that this way, I suggest you backup your entire Oblivion\Data\Textures\Character\"xxxYourRacexxx" Folder 1st.
