Missing several dialogue options with npcs.

I started a new game today when i discovered that several npcs in whiterun were missing their dialogue option that leads to their radiant quest.

Ysolda's fetch quest and Uthgerd's brawl etc.

I made some SEQ files for the newest mods that i installed that added dialogue but it did not fix the problem.

Here my BOSS log if it helps. Note i deleted the immersive creatures esp after using BOSS.

Dance of Death kind of leaps out, but I have no idea what that does. Might be nothing, but you really should check that warning.

 

Now that I think about it, it may be that outdated "Freedom of Speech" mod, as well.

I updated Dance of death and Freedom of speech but the problem stays. Updating freedom of speech made me think of The choice is yours mod but removing it and starting a new game didn't help either.

EDIT: Having disabled all mods except Live another life the problem stays. I might have to re install the game then.
