Minor Animation Assistance

I've modified animations in 3ds max before, imported/exported successfully, no problem. Now I am having an issue with pretty much any animation I work with. There's a hard jitter at the end of the animation, where it loops back to the beginning. I've tried keying all frames; I've tried keying all but the last frame; I tried keying it in the animation menu and also manually. No matter what, I get that same jitter upon the loop. Is there a more experienced animator that might know what my issue is? It appears that the first frame and the last frame are not friendly, and I'm really hoping that I'm overlooking or missing something relatively simple that could fix it. I just want to adjust some vanilla animations to better standards. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: Also, the jitter is present in the vanilla animations when imported to 3ds max, so it's not something I'm doing. It must be a hiccup in the process, and I have not yet learned the trick to repairing it. I've been searching around but can't seem to find an answer. :(

Update: The vanilla animation itself has the jitter by default. That's super lame. Oh well. I guess I wasn't missing anything.

So I've pretty much got all my animations done. The only problem is that there's a camera bug when transitioning from my animations to other animations, like sprinting. I've had this issue before when modifying sneaking animations. How do I fix the camera field of view stutter bug thingy lol? I don't know what to call it. I'm assuming something in the animations handles field of view or cameras. Can anyone tell me how to rid myself of this camera stutter when transitioning animations?

It happens when I go into sneak mode, or sprint. There seems to be a difference in camera position or field of view between my animations and other vanilla animations.
