Saves coming up a being Corrupt after playing a little bit of game

Also My Health on my Charater is staying at Zero Don't matter how many Health Potion I drink still won't change the only way I can get my Health to go up is wearing health Enchanments to add health to my Charater. so I got it up from Zero to 230. Even when I lv up and try to put a Point in Health it dose not Change. or Go up. plus my Charater will Not Die. Just goes to the Ground on 1 knee and the screen just fades in and out. I can heal my Charater with a Health Potion thats the only Option I can do or sometimes my Charater will just pop right back up and the Health comes right back. intl I get taken down to Zero health again in Battle. Don't know whats doing it. my charater is lv 75 would really not want to strart all over again. prob got to many Mods I was having alot of fun with mods prob screw my self. I use MOD2 and Loot. never used mods in skyrim se Steam Version before prob went overboard. If anyone can help that would be awesome. sorry for such a long post.
