SkyrimSE Texture issue PLS HELP

(posting this a 2nd time bc i think i posted in the wrong place) Pretty sure I had this issue awhile back and fixed it but I don't remember how. I can't pin point the mod that is causing this but, im hoping someone on here might know how to fix it. I have used all of these mods together before but after reinstalling Skyrim I noticed the textures were bugged. I suspect its one of my retextures. Any help would be appreciated!
