Why does my skyrim freeze so often? Help

hey skyrim community.

First some information:

my system:

Win7 Home Premium

i5 2500K

His Radeon 6870 1gb

8gb 1333 RAM

about skyrim:

latest game and skse version

savegame is 13,2 MB big,

all mods cleaned, Cleaned save from REFR's, cleaned scripts with the ClearInvalidRegistrations from SKSE, i also let boss and Reproccer run whenever i install a new mod and rebuild the bashed patch; will post a modlist and papyrus log below...

Now to my problem when I play skyrim it just often freezes, commonly during loading screen, mid combat when casting a spell, shout, shoot an arrow or strike someone with a sword etc. So can anyone help me with my problem. And it's sometimes so, that if the game froze. I can't load the last save...only if I load an older save (1-2 hours ago) and load from ingame menu the latest save

Skyrim has a tendency to run out of RAM-VRAM due to its 32-bit nature. You have to compromise and remove soemething

Does that stack trace for Player Head Tracking consistently appear at the end of your papyrus logs when you freeze? If so, you may be onto something, if not, chances are the Papyrus log isn't doing anything for you except slowing the Papyrus system dramatically due to it hotswapping all of those strings in the background.

 

Try disabling Papyrus logging completely. Also, could you post your Skyrim.ini (preferably here, in a /spoiler tag)?
