[LE] custom follower dismissing himself after combat

Hi,

 

I'm working on a custom voiced follower following Joseph Russels wonderful guide on how to make a follower like Lucien Flavius.

However, my follower dismisses himself immediately after combat happens. I am not sure why. Please help! Thank you.
