hi, I not a native English speaker, so sorry if there any mistake,

 

I like to create a "guide", similar to the image below (the right one),

I usually use "ms-paint", but this game to many objects,

so sometimes I like to fix the line without Ctrl+Z multiple times,

 

I need an offline tool, light, it will be nice if the size under 500MB,

if you know the software name, please tell me!
